The appointment will be on UCL Grade 9. The salary range will be Competitive, inclusive of London Allowance.

The successful candidate will undertake research and teaching contributions to the department's role as an international leader in the field of applied economics.

This will include participation in departmental/faculty activities aimed at sharing research outcomes and building cross-disciplinary collaboration both within and outside the department.

The postholder will also teach at undergraduate and graduate level in areas allocated by the Head of Department, carry out research and produce publications.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of publications in Economics and particularly in Economic History and Economic Growth.
