Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Ltd is an independent consultancy specialising in the application of health economic techniques to support pharmaceutical pricing, health technology assessment (HTA) and value assessment, reimbursement, and market access activities. Our team of over 80 researchers in the UK and Germany are experts in developing, testing and implementing disease models, analyses of clinical trial data, generating evidence from real-world clinical care, and systematic literature reviews and meta-analysis. Our clients are global pharmaceutical companies and our projects span across many disease and therapy areas.
Role and Responsibilities
HEOR is looking for a highly skilled, flexible and enthusiastic Data Manager to join us. They will work closely with the Data Science and Analytics team and Health Economics team to be responsible for project data from clinical trials and real-world healthcare, as well as data to support company operations. They will also be responsible for long-term strategic direction of data management at HEOR, keeping up to date with trends to drive forward innovation across the company. A range of database and programming skills will be needed to develop and deploy custom databases, undertake regular data processing and ongoing development and maintenance of databases/schemas. Knowledge about information security, data governance and quality assurance are essential.

We have offices in Cardiff and Birmingham (with remote working at present). Permanent remote working will also be considered for the right person.
