As part of supporting efforts to reopen society and the economy, NHS Test and Trace is expanding our network of laboratories across the UK. This expansion has created an exceptional opportunity for both experienced scientists and those wanting to embark on a career within a laboratory environment. Our laboratories have access to the latest equipment and offer a truly unique and supportive environment.

We need a broad range of skillsets to support the expansion of the laboratories, from entry level positions for new graduates and those with good A levels to positions running our laboratories. We understand that in these current times our workforce requires flexibility and as such we can offer contracting, fixed term or permanent posts. The workforce will be deployed as part of the broader NHS Test and Trace programme.

The need to increase our testing capacity is immediate, so we can offer employment in a variety of roles nationwide, at very competitive pay rates with opportunities to broaden your experience and be part of a truly phenomenal initiative.

Our laboratories will continue to expand over the coming months, accessing the very latest technology and scientific resources to support our community. This requires ongoing training and development which is delivered onsite by our experienced team members.
