Your role in the team
Here at William Hill, we're building a market leading Econometrics team and we're searching for innovative and creative professionals, willing to push the boundaries of econometrics, to be part of the team. As one of three Econometricians joining our team, you will support our Econometrics management team in delivering our best in class internal MMM team, through mastering the modelling and MMM outputs required to build a first-class Econometric consultancy.
Using your knowledge of data and analytics, and how both are applied, you will work with the team to solve real world problems such as where and how do I spend my marketing budget, what is the direct and indirect of Corona virus on our business and how can I influence efficient investment decisions in 2021?
You'll collaborate with stakeholders across William Hill UK and third-party suppliers, to provide robust and scalable MMM analytical solutions that result in timely, value add recommendations, designed to positively impact our customers and business on a continual basis.
You'll take stock of current ways of working and methods of providing insightful analysis, both internally and externally. You’ll strive to be a key team player in delivering our roadmap geared to build a best-in-class internal MMM capability and look to grow and develop along our exciting and rewarding journey.
In this role, you'll work closely with other Econometricians, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Data Engineering, stakeholders across the UK product portfolio in a true matrix style, agile organisation.

You're a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and of course you're highly organised and driven by producing high quality work with a healthy respect for quality and standards.
You will be degree educated in a relevant numerate discipline such as Economics, Econometrics, Math’s, or Statistics at undergraduate or postgraduate level. Whilst some experience of MMM would be fantastic, we pride ourselves on offering career growth and progression and significant development opportunities and we welcome applications from degree level up to several years of relevant experience.
