The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: a strong understanding labour market economics, a track record of leading research and policy development, advanced analytical skills, strong relationships with a range of partners, and a commitment to improving policy and practice in relation to employment and skills. In return, you'll have the chance to shape, lead and deliver an exciting programme of work and to be part of a dynamic and committed team.

L&W is a Silver Investor in People award holder, committed to equal opportunities and staff development including support for formal qualifications when applicable.
