Right now, throughout the UK, the way in which energy is being generated, transported, stored and supplied to consumers is changing. Our Systems and Networks division adopts an end-to-end view of the system to understand the factors driving change and investment. In this team, you will evaluate and evolve the regulatory regime for new electricity interconnectors in the UK. You will contribute to implementation, develop policy and influence EU infrastructure – playing an important role in bringing cleaner energy solutions into the UK market.

A proven track record in a similar role is essential, where you had demonstrated the expertise needed to identify issues, influence decisions and mitigate risks. Confident stakeholder management skills are vital, supported by a flexible, forward-thinking approach that gives you the capability to deal with fast-changing resources and unforeseen challenges. In a team delivering a varied, complex projects, excellent analytical skills – both quantitative and qualitative – are important.
