Allianz Digital Health (ADH) is a newly founded company aiming at the modernization and digitization of global Allianz health entities and third party insurances. ADH offers digital health services based on AI concepts on a modern IT architecture to support core insurance processes and health specific services alike. The company strives for rule breaking approaches in insurance and a complete new experience for end customers and business clients.

The company is located in Munich but operates in multiple Allianz countries in and outside of Europe.

You will strengthen our agile cross functional team with your experience in behavioral economics, experimental design and data analysis. As a behavioral economist you will be responsible for applying behavioral insights and experimental research methods to customer-related challenges in digital health services. Furthermore, together with your agile team you will be taking care of the design, development and implementation of behaviorally-informed interventions. You will support and manage prototyping, testing and iteratively improving behaviorally-informed solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify the potential to apply behavioral insights across products and enable your agile team to leverage behavioral insights in core insurance processes and health specific services
  • Develop and conduct experimental studies to identify factors that influence consumer behavior
  • Plan psychological strategies to design customer decision making criteria
  • Implement nudges to enhance positive and health-related consumer behavior
  • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Follow our competitors and the industry
  • Keep abreast with agile/Scrum best practices and new trends from the healthcare market

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualification

MA in (business/consumer) psychology, behavioral economics, consumer science, behavioral biology or comparable studies with focus on cognition, choice architecture or nudging (PhD is an asset)

English: business fluent

Experience & Key skills

  • Working experience in the health insurance and healthcare industry
  • Extensive working experience as a behavioral economist
  • Extensive practical experience in behavioral economics, experimental research design, statistical methods and data analysis
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker with a vision
