Frontier is one of the largest economic consultancies in Europe with offices in Berlin, Brussels, Cologne, Dublin, London, Madrid and Paris. We work with our clients around the world with their biggest challenges – market strategies, regulatory reviews, competition inquiries. And we help governments design innovative policies and regulatory systems. We use economics to help companies, public authorities and charities understand complex challenges, improve performance, make better decisions and keep ahead of the competition.
We have a number of practices including Competition, Public Policy, Energy, Telecoms, Strategy, and Transport and Water. Our expertise is broad covering not just microeconomics but finance, statistical modelling, game theory, market research and behavioural economics. And we’ve worked in almost every sector imaginable, from fertilisers and oil rigs to handbags and iPads. While our analysis may be complex, the advice we provide is clear, honest and delivered using simple language. We are enthusiastic about what we do. Whatever the task, we tackle it with energy, expertise and determination.
At Frontier we are always looking for exceptional economists who share our enthusiasm for economics and consulting. We want talented people who are skilled in both economics and consulting. You will communicate your ideas to demanding policy and commercial decision makers. You will be supported by your colleagues to enhance your skills so that you can produce powerful analyses and progress on your own merit. The people you will work with are passionate about applying the latest ideas in economics. We offer rigorous answers to some of the most challenging questions in consulting. We value the opinions of others and encourage a culture of honesty and dedication.
We’re enthusiastic about what we do. Our success is built on strong client relationships, a passion for understanding the truth and employing people who want to make a difference. Frontier is employee owned so we are all active in shaping and running the company, plus we ensure we give back to society with our pro-bono work. We have an open and inclusive culture, and support flexible working.
We are currently recruiting Bulgarian-speaking Economists to join our team. This role is primarily to work in our Energy practice, although working across other practices will be possible as your career develops. If you have a Bachelors in Economics (a Masters in Economics is preferable but not essential) and have a number of years of relevant work experience – we would like to hear from you! We offer a highly competitive salary plus bonus scheme, in addition to numerous benefits. Candidates can opt to apply to our London, Berlin or Cologne offices (however if applying to Berlin or Cologne applicants must speak fluent German).
