BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Associate Director, Global Value & HEOR will serve as the Global and US Value & HEOR lead for a mid-size Oncology brand. This role is responsible for leading the development, authorship, and execution of the Global Value Plan (GVP) and ensuring that HEOR strategies support global access, reimbursement, and value communication across the product lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Serve as the Global—and US—Value & HEOR lead for a mid-size Oncology brand.
  • Lead the development and continuous refinement of the Global Value Plan.
  • Ensure Global Value & HEOR inputs are embedded into the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP).
  • Partner with US HEOR and Market Access teams to incorporate US payer needs.
  • Work closely with EUR/INT HEOR and Market Access teams to ensure a fully global evidence approach.
  • Lead or co-lead HEOR studies (SLRs, ITCs, CEAs, BIMs etc.).
  • Collaborate with RWE  and PCO on studies.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Development on value-relevant trial design.
  • Serve as central HEOR contact for the brand globally.
  • Lead HEOR communication, publications, and AMCP dossier contributions.
  • Manage complex HEOR projects, vendors, and budgets.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • 5–7 years of HEOR experience in pharma/biotech or consulting.
  • Therapeutic expertise in Hematologic Oncology or Solid Tumor Oncology.
  • Required experience in at least ONE of:

  - Leading a full HTA submission;

  - Leading substantial HTA components;

  - Serving as Global HEOR lead for a brand;

  - Serving as US HEOR lead responsible for payer evidence.

  • Proven strategic experience including developing Global Value Plans (or similar).
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial design.
  • Technical strength in modelling, outcomes research, IC/MA, and RWE analytics.
  • Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with payer expectations across EUR/INT markets.
  • Familiarity with payer expectations across the US

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with both global and US HEOR strategy.
  • Experience in global value strategy and US oncology payer strategy.

EDUCATION

  • Master’s degree required.
  • Preferred advanced degree in Health Economics
  • Other advanced degrees considered (MSc, MS, MPH, PhD, PharmD).
